Loki Coffee
A neighborhood specialty shop built around a comfort-first, judgment-free vibe.
Owned by husband-and-wife team Jake and Hermie, Loki partners with Idle Hands Coffee for roasting and Tomodachi Bake Shoppe for daily pastries. The rotating "Daily Drip" is the move if you want to taste what they're excited about that week.

Perch Coffee
An Australian-influenced specialty café that opened in Millcreek in 2026.
Flat whites, house-made syrups and menu collaborations with Idle Hands Roasting Company give it a distinctly Australian café feel. The bright, design-forward space with upstairs seating makes it a good work-from-café pick between Sugar House and Holladay.

Honeysuckle Coffee Co.
A family coffee and pastry company that grew out of the Salt Lake suburbs.
Owners Tim and Jennifer Biffert built a following in the suburbs before opening a central Salt Lake location in late 2022. Hand-crafted lattes on artisan-roasted beans and house-made pastries are the draw, with a bakery and smokehouse concept expanding into Midvale.

Alpha Coffee
A veteran- and woman-co-owned coffee company with a downtown Main Street shop.
Founded on September 11, 2010, Alpha donates more than 10% of profits to veterans, planet and community causes through its Grounds for Good nonprofit. It's the straightforward, dependable downtown stop before a morning showing.

Alchemy Coffee
A roughly 20-year-old neighborhood coffeehouse that roasts its own organic coffee.
Alchemy roasts organic beans sourced worldwide and pairs them with locally made pastries. The eclectic, antique-furnished room with exposed brick doubles as a community gallery with rotating local art.
